Furthering the professional development of organizational change consultants
This research is focused on improving the interaction between organizational change consultants and involved stakeholders, in order to provide effective facilitation of (complex) organizational change.
Objective
The aim of this research is to provide organizational change consultants with possibilities for effective interaction. Ultimately this should contribute to improving the outcome of organizational change trajectories.
