Biography
Carla has always been fascinated by humanity, cultural diversity, and the possibility to redefine what is.
Graduated in Communication Design at the Politecnico of Milan, Carla has worked in Human centered design thinking as a director of the Dutch team of frog Design. She has passion for wicked problems, applying design methodologies to strategic decision making and sustainable futures.
After a decade in Milan and one in Paris spent working in Branding and Graphic design in major international companies like Landor and FutureBrand, she moved to the Netherlands to continue experiencing international business environments.
She loves getting to know creatives, sharing and empowering others as a mentor and creative coach for individuals and start-ups. A people-first person who believes in the potential of individuals and situations; and works to make it happen.
