Biography
Enver’s academic educational background lies in the Fashion industry (with an BA in Fashion Business and a MA in Fashion Entrepreneurship) in which he gained over 10+ years of professional experience ever since he started his first social enterprise in the Fashion industry in high school. Over the years he has worked with over 150+ well-known Fashion brands predominantly European, while exploring different Business formats and concepts through various commercial roles based in The Netherlands, China, Hong Kong, Australia and Germany.
Going through those experiences he realised the serious social, ethical and sustainable implications of the industry and transitioned along the way further into Social Entrepreneurship and Higher Education. He did so through his own (social) enterprises in Australia, the Netherlands and England, by hosting social Entrepreneurial events, workshops and / or programs in Australia, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, England and Portugal, by giving (guest) lectures in Australia and the Netherlands for 4 different Universities and lastly by supporting / coaching / advising young adults on starting and / or scaling their own social enterprises on a local, national and global level, while being based in Australia, the Netherlands, Germany and England. In terms of Research, he has conducted independent industry Research on global Fashion production practices in Turkey and India in Turkey and the Netherlands and spent 30 months of independent Research in Germany, England and the Netherlands on 30 different Research themes, each month with a different topic / focus, which he privately published using a dual Series Research approach.
