I come from Brisbane, Australia. My background is in marketing, business development, strategy, distribution, and intellectual property rights in the film and television industry. I have worked for multinationals such as Universal Pictures, Liberty Global, 20th Century Fox, Disney, and British Telecom. In education I have worked at Nyenrode Business University lecturing in 7 business subjects.
Biography
Jennifer comes from Australia and has over 25 years of experience working in senior international positions in the entertainment industry focusing on broadcast, film, and television - distribution, operations, and licensing. Her roles have led her to lead teams developing distribution and business development strategy in territories such as Australia, Africa, Europe, Israel, and the UK. She has an MBA in Global Business & Sustainability from Erasmus RSM University in Rotterdam. In her spare time Jennifer is the President and Chairperson for the Australian Business in Europe – Netherlands Chapter – the Australian Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
Her education experience spans several years. She has taught at Nyenrode Business University, teaching, business development, business economics, entrepreneurship and sustainability, introduction to creative business, introduction to entrepreneurship, strategic business perspectives, and mentoring thesis students. Jennifer has worked at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht for the Creative Business programme since 2022, teaching innovation in creative business, cross media fundamentals, innovation leadership, marketing playground, creative studios, as well as supervising graduation and intern students.
