Biography
Roselinde is a creative storyteller with an academic background in media studies and cultural analysis. She researches developments and trends in digital media and internet culture from a sharp and critical angle, while fusing that approach with international industry experience in travel journalism and social media strategy.
After working as a lecturer at the media studies department at the University of Amsterdam, where she specialized in teaching courses on emerging forms of online social media cultures, she transferred to become a lecturer at HU. As part of the Creative Business team, she aims to integrate her research vision with hands-on industry experience in order to create a “best of both worlds” teaching approach.
Her mission is to develop future-proof skills with ambitious students who understand the value of social responsibility in today’s media landscape.
