Tara Vester
Tara Vester is onderzoeker bij het lectoraat Organisaties in Digitale Transformatie. Haar onderzoek richt zich op meervoudige waardecreatie in relatie tot digitale transformatie.
After her studies in Japanese language and culture, Tara gained work experience in the innovative greenhouse horticulture sector, with expertise in various domains such as marketing, communication, and sustainability. In 2023, she completed the Part-time Master in Management at Nyenrode Business University. Her thesis research focused on the positive impact of sustainability change agents on a sustainable organizational culture. Tara works as an independent sustainability consultant and, since May 1, 2024, has been working as a researcher at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
