Akke Hak

Researcher

Akke Hak MSc has been a researcher in the research group 'Working in Education' since 2023. She combines this with her role at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht as an HR Development Advisor specialising in leadership development and as a lecturer in the School Leadership Program (Basic and Advanced Qualifications).

Akke obtained two master's degrees from the University of Twente: Educational Science & Technology and Business Administration. Here she conducted action research on the (social) influence of IT adoption and a design-based research on (informal) knowledge sharing in dispersed teams. She has worked in various roles and organizations in the Netherlands and abroad, actively driving knowledge sharing and learning within organizations.

Akke is interested in how educational organizations can create the most optimal leadership (development) to sustainably enrich working in education. In doing so, she connects the knowledge and expertise gained from her various roles.
