Dr. Angela de Jong is a researcher and lecturer at the research group Working in Education. She specializes in issues around (distributed) leadership, the school as (learning) organization, professionalization of teachers and school leaders and social networks.
Angela conducted her doctoral research on leading collaborative innovation in schools. She studied schools working with Stichting leerKRACHT. She also conducted an evaluation study on the effects of Stichting leerKRACHT, with a grant from NRO.
Previously she worked as a researcher at Oberon Research and Advice, as lecturer and course coordinator at Utrecht University and as Knowledge broker at the ‘Kennisrotonde’ of NRO. She received her bachelor's and research master's degrees in Educational Sciences from Utrecht University.
