Anita Boerema
Anita Boerema is a professional doctorate researcher within the Artificial Intelligence research group. Her research focuses on how organizations can use AI in a responsible manner in practice. In this way, the knowledge that is currently mainly acquired in practice can also be scientifically researched and validated.
Anita has a background in psychology and business administration and has years of work experience in HRIT, an interesting field where people, technology and AI come together. She combines knowledge and experience from these different domains.
