Annoesjka Boersma PhD has been working as a lecturer at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht since 1 September 2017. As a lecturer, she combines her research and educational tasks.
Within the Research group Vocational Education, she conducts research into the research methods and actions of teachers in senior secondary vocational education, as well as into the learning processes that occur in the context of training and professionalisation for the purpose of professional practice. She is also trainer for the pre-promotion programme for teachers in senior secondary vocational education, and for the Expertise Centre for HPE Lecturers.

Researcher Vocational Education
Annoesjka started her career as a physics teacher in secondary education. She combined education and research from the very beginning. She studied Educational Pedagogy at VU Amsterdam, followed by a doctoral study into learning communities for vocational preparation of students in pre-vocational secondary education.
