Dr. Burcu Kör is associate professor and senior researcher at the research group Financial-Economic Advice in Innovation since 2023. Her current research involves various aspects of digital innovation applications within SMEs.

Burcu holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organization, focusing on innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial orientation, and self-leadership. She has been a visiting researcher at the University of Texas in Dallas and the Open University of the Netherlands. She is also a senior researcher at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a visiting scholar at Thapar School of Management in India. 

Her current research interests also include innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, sustainability, and cybersecurity behavior. Her research has been published in respected international academic journals and conferences, including Technovation and the Academy of Management Conference.
