Dirk Jan Plender has been working as a researcher for the Organization in Digital Transition research group since September 1, 2021. He is currently part of the research team that is developing the Digital Skills Monitor.
After receiving his degree in Business Administration at the University of Twente, Dirk Jan worked as a Management Consultant for various agencies from 2007 to 2019, with assignments mostly focused on change and innovation management.
The amazement of digitization and its impact on organizations drives Dirk Jan in the search how this impact manifest within these organizations. His goal is to translate the impact into concrete steps or actions so organizations can adept to the ever changing market.
