Inger Hoek

Inger Hoek has been a PhD candidate since 2024. Her heart goes out to contribute to well-equipped forensic workers and their organizations. Her PhD research therefore focuses on what forensic professionals and organizations need to strengthen mental resilience.

Inger Hoek is a 40-year-old university lecturer and researcher with a background in forensics. She began her career at the age of 20 in a forensic clinic, which showcased her early passion for this complex field.

Holding a Master's degree in Human and Organizational Behaviour, she aims to bridge the gap between forensics and human-centered practices. 'I am dedicated to making the forensic workplace more humane.'
