Dr. Koen van Turnhout reached his Phd at the faculty Industrial Design of the Technical University Eindhoven, about language interaction in social contexts. In the last years he worked as researcher-teacher within a Applied University setting. He is a specialist on the area and approach of design and design research.
Within his research group Human Experience & Media Design he focuses on the results of media design. What do we want from intelligent products and services? What can data-driven services do for the end user? These are important questions, with currently not many answers.
