Rachelle van Harn
Rachelle van Harn is affiliated as a researcher with the Research group Vocational Education. She likes to work and research together with teachers in such a way it provides insight into the working of an educational design. She participates in various projects, such as the Proeftuin Appropriate Education (Passend Onderwijzen), where teachers work together in professional learning communities.

Rachelle has a broad interest in themes related to future-proof vocational education. In her work she tries to make the connection between educational research and educational development in vocational education.

Rachelle has been working in higher education since 2019, as part of the Sustainable Talent Development research group at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Rachelle has been combining her work since 2018 with a position as a researcher at the Centre of Expertise which SintLucas, creative vocational school in Boxtel and Eindhoven, is building.
