Tanja Enninga PhD (1959) works as senior researcher in the Research group Co-Design. She was conferred a PhD for her research into how innovation project leaders direct and manage the innovation process, and how these experiences can be translated into narratives that other people can learn from.
Besides working in the Research group, Tanja is also active as an organisational consultant and supervisor in the healthcare sector. Tanja was awarded an MSc in Marketing by the University of Glamorgan, currently known as the University of South Wales.
She sees the knowledge network of the Research group Co-Design as her home base – one where multidisciplinary academic and applied knowledge meets creativity and enjoyment.
