Vera van Heugten
Vera van Heugten MA (1988) has been a junior researcher for the Research group Speech and Language Therapy: Participation through communication since June 2018. Her work involves research into improving the diagnosis and treatment of children with language development disorders.
After completing her bachelor's in Speech Therapy at Fontys Paramedical University of Applied Sciences, Vera pursued her master's degree in Language & Speech Pathology at Radboud University. She worked as a speech therapist and clinical linguist within the audiology centre, the cluster 2 education programme and at an independent speech therapy practice.
