As a senior researcher in sustainable healthcare, Boudewijn Visscher collaborates with education, research and practice to contribute to a more sustainable healthcare.
Boudewijn studied Human Movement Sciences at the University of Groningen. After his education, he started working at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on the Movement Sciences course and the master's degree in Higher Health Care Education.
Boudewijn has been working at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences since 2014. In 2023 he successfully defended his dissertation, entitled: Towards tailored medication self-management Needs of and support for patients with limited health literacy.
Since September 1, 2023, he has been a senior lecturer in the field of sustainable healthcare.
