Dian de Vries
Dr. Dian de Vries works as Associate Professor Digital Skills at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. She conducts research in the research group Organisations in Digital Transition and teaches in the Institute for People and Business.

Dian is interested in how people can learn to make use of the opportunities of digital technology in a healthy, social and sustainable way. So they can maximize the opportunities, but minimize the risks. She does this using her background in Health Sciences, Psychology, Communication and Child and Family Studies.
Dian connects research, education, and practice. She enjoys working with colleagues, students, and organizations on projects that have a direct practical value. She does this using her experience as a researcher, teacher, policy maker, and developer of educational materials.
