DLO Copilot M365 Adoption within the HU
Lecturers and researchers at HU, 42 in total, have been given a Copilot M365 license for 3 months, to experiment with using Copilot in M365 applications in their work. This experiment will be monitored and evaluated, by examining their adoption of Copilot and gaining insight into how Copilot is experienced in various work situations.
Objective
With a limited number of licenses for Copilot M365 we want to conduct an assessment on adoption of Copilot by HU employees (researchers and lecturers) in daily activities. The results of the pilot will be used by DLO (client) in the decision-making process for the cost-effective scaling up of Copilot M365 licenses for education and research within HU.
Results
We will gain insight into:
(a) the adoption of Copilot M365 by employees
(b) the experience with Copilot M365 in daily work
(c) the contribution of HU support to the use of Copilot M365
Duration
01 September 2024 - 31 December 2024
Approach
We are conducting four sub-studies:
1) A literature scan to develop research tools
2) A quantitative survey to gain insight into adoption (3 measurements)
3) A qualitative survey to gain insight into experiences with Copilot M365 in various work situations (8 measurements)
4) Group interviews to gain insight into how HU's support in using Copilot M365 is perceived.
