Floor ten Holder
Floor ten Holder has been affiliated with the research group Organization of Decent Work as a researcher since 2023. She conducts action research on the labor market participation of refugees and on promoting social safety and inclusion in organizations.
Floor's mission is, through research, to gain insight into collaboration or organizational issues together with stakeholders and to collectively develop practical solutions. Floor graduated as an organizational anthropologist and has worked as a researcher, advisor, and process facilitator for municipalities and ministries.
