Frank van Outvorst
Frank van Outvorst is an experienced consultant and trainer in the fields of Functional Management and General and Business Information Management. One of his main passions is improving organisations’ internal information services. In addition, he works as an associate of The Lifecycle Company.
As a co-author of the BiSL framework, Frank has been involved from the outset in its development and implementation. He invests considerable passion and effort in the continued development of BiSL and the dissemination of the BiSL ‘philosophy’. In this context, he is also an active contributor to the ASL BiSL Foundation.
After obtaining a degree in Business Information Technology from HEAO-Arnhem, Frank studied Information Management and Auditing at Radboud University.
Frank is a contributor to the Business & Information Management and Systems & Network Engineering degree programmes.
