Since 2023 Frans Bal works as a researcher and projectmanager within the research group Process Innovation & Information Systems within the Smart Urban Mobility program. Often on topics related to the energy transition. Frans is also involved in projects in the field of safety & security and initiatives to corporate regarding artificial Intelligence (AI). Most of his publications are about transport economics and -emissions.
