Richtext

She is interested in using her research to discover how organizations can be more inclusive towards minorities, especially with a focus on people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals or women. Her projects aim to identify and adapt HR practices such as recruitment and work design, with the aim of making organizations and employment standards more inclusive for all.

A key part of her work focuses on the use of new technologies, such as AI, which can remove barriers for certain people but at the same time create new barriers if employees are not involved in the changes being made to their work. She supports a bottom-up and emancipatory approach in organizations in their digital transformation.

Frederike enjoys working with multidisciplinary scientists and students to develop innovative solutions and promote a collaborative and inclusive working and learning environment.
