Inge Egberts
Inge Egberts has been working at the Research Group Youth since October 2022. She is involved in projects aimed at improving the approach to child abuse. Additionally, she contributes to other projects, such as strengthening life skills for children in family homes and collecting inspiring stories from young adults with vulnerable backgrounds who have managed to improve their circumstances.
During her studies in Ecological Pedagogy, Inge wrote her thesis at the Research Group Youth on the collaboration between Veilig Thuis and primary education regarding child abuse. She then obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Child, Family and Education Studies from Utrecht University. After gaining experience at an autism center, where she provided guidance and treatment to children with autism, she returned to the Research Group Youth in 2022.
