Rosanne Oomkens

Rosanne Oomkens (1985) has been working as a project leader and senior researcher within the research group Debt and Debt Collection since November 2021. Her area of expertise covers the broad field of social security. Rosanne carries out research and advisory projects on themes such as poverty and debt, debt counseling, debt collection, and participation.

Rosanne completed her Master's degree in Social Policy and Social Intervention Studies at Utrecht University in 2008. She then worked as a PhD student and later as an assistant professor at the department of Interdisciplinary Social Science (UU). Between 2016 and 2021, Rosanne worked as a project manager at Panteia where she conducted many policy and evaluation studies.
