Since 1 januari 2021 Xander Lub is employed as Professor of Organisations in Digital Transition at the Applied University of Utrecht.
Xander studied Psychology at the University of Leiden. He did his PhD on work- and organizational psychology at the University of Tilburg. He started his educational career in New-Zealand at the University of Auckland. Afterwards, he worked for 20 years on different hotel schools (Hotelschool The Hague, Saxion, Breda UAS). He also holds visiting appointments at the VU University Amsterdam and Nyenrode Business University. Since 2003 Xander works as a researcher and since 2014 as a professor.
