Eline Maussen works as a junior researcher for the Research group Debt and Debt Collection. In July 2019, after completing her degree in Social Legal Services, she completed her master’s degree in Social Policy & Public Health. In her work, she focuses on the financial situation of individuals.
In 2017, Eline completed her Social Legal Services degree programme at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, during which she developed a particular interest for the financial situation among students. She followed an internship at a financial walk-in office at a school for senior secondary vocational education, after which she wrote her thesis on the financial situation of HU students.
In July 2019, she completed a master’s degree in Social Policy & Public Health. For her master's thesis, Eline conducted research into the determinants of successful completion of a course in household finances. Eline’ primary interest is to conduct research within the social domain. This is the field of study in which she hopes to further develop her skills.
